About Bakor
Bakor is a Small Village from Mahisagar District in Esteem Gujarat. The Camp Site is Developed by Gujarat Adventure Club. It is Surrounded by A Rolling Countryside with Small Aravalli Hills Dotting the Horizon Good Forest with Mahuva trees and mixed scrub, Bird Life and A District Tribal Culture It is an ideal Location for Outdoor Experience Just 150 Km from Ahmedabad and 130 Km from Baroda.
The Forest of Bakor is home to a Number of Animals Such as Nilgai, Chinkara, Hyena, Jackals. Bird Life is Abundant and includes The Indian Pita, paradise flycatcher and the Often but Seldom Seen Painted Partridge.

Bakor Waterfall
The soulful waterfall at Bakor, the waterfall is known as Aadadari and flows for more than 9months of a year. The waterfall is surrounded by greenery and outlays as a divine beauty.
Dodavanta Lake Trek
The still and serene lake at Bakor, increases the beauty and thrill of the Trek, the nature trek is approximately 7 kms long and mesmerizing view and feeling are just an add on to the fun. The look from the heights is worth the huff and puff of the treks. The trek is an easy one and involves no hustle but can surely encourage one to do more.
Kaleshwari: A Historical Place
The name Kaleshwari is derived from Kalahari Nal. It is an ancient amalgam of 10th to 17th century architecture consisting of Bhim Kund, Sasu-ni-vav, Vahu-ni-vav, Arjun Chauri, Bhim Chauri, Kaleshwari Mata Mandir, Mahadev Mandir, Shikharmadhi etc.
Kadana Dam
An earthen and masonry on Mahi river. Dam Kadana is constructed 3km upstream of village. The dam was constructed between 199 and 1989 and supports a pumped- storage hydroelectric power station.
About Bakor Nature Camp (Farm Stay)
The camp site at Bakor, owned and driven by Gujarat Adventure Club is a leisurely treat to oneself. The facilities and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A proper stay gets completed with mouth-watering food and a cozy bed to sleep inn.
The campsite can accommodate huge groups as they provide stay in Cottages and Dome Tents and a dormitory as well.
